After slowly warming the body and mind with herbal salt balls using herbs mainly from plants grown in the soil of Iki and mineral-rich Iki salt, a hand treatment relieves body fatigue and leads to deep relaxation.

A morning yoga programme to help you start your day with fresh morning energy, refreshing and energetic.
The programme uses comfortable breathing and stretching to slowly awaken the body and mind.

Private hot spring

1,700年以上の歴史がある湯本温泉を、源泉かけ流しでお楽しみいただけるプライベート温泉。地下170mからの自噴泉をもち、源泉かけ流しの天然温泉は、鉄分の配合量が高いため、空気に触れると「金色」と称する赤褐色に変化します。鉄分と塩分を含んだミネラルたっぷり、神経痛や、婦人病、皮膚をなめらかに、体を芯から温めます。
